Minuscule 7ft 6
If light weight lure fishing is your thing then this 7' 6" two piece 15 - 25g is the rod for the job. The Minuscule is designed to be fished in conjunction with its name sake lure range and smalllight weight spinners. The soft blank ensures maximum distance can be obtained when casting such lures. This is the ideal two piece light lure rod for fixed spool reel use when coupled with 20lb test braid and for targeting perch, pike, chub and zander and it really is a joy to play fish on the Minuscule. Features include full cork handle, top quality guides and keeper ring.

Hotrod 6ft 2
The DK Hotrod features a top quality, ultra-slim one pieceblank measuring 6ft 2 in length. Don't be fooled by the slender blank as the Hotrod features new technology whichallows it to retain the strength and action of thicker diameterjerkbait rods. A full cork handle, trigger grip reel seat and highquality guides combine to make this is a an out and out jerkbait rod that will handle just about anything you want tothrow at it. Whether it's Reef Hawgs, Runts or giant jerkbaits,coupled with 80 - 100lb test braid the Hotrod casts and worksthem all with ease!

Plugger 8ft 4
At 8ft 4 long, the DK Plugger is suited for both bank and boatuse. A casting rating of 20 - 80g means the Plugger can beused with a wide size and range of various plugs and somesoft plastic lures too. The plugger is a two piece rod and is made for use with fixed spool reels and braids of around 50lb -65lb test. This excellent rod has a full cork handle, qualityguides and offers good casting power; it sets lure hooks with ease and handles hard fighting predators admirably.

Jekbait LW 1.95m
With the needs of jerkbait anglers taken into consideration this new range of jerkbait rods has been carefully developed. The jerkbait LW is best used at the lighter end of the scale with small jerkbaits and lures in the 30/40g weight range and with braided line in 30 - 50lb test. Care has been taken to ensure that this rod is just stiff enough to impart action into the lure and set hooks yet still retain a good fish fighting action.

Jerkbait MW 1.95m
This is the medium weight version in this range and is best used in conjunction with braided lines of between 30 and 50lb test and with jerkbaits and soft plastics such as the 8" Replicant of around 50g in weight. Once more we have taken great care to ensure that the MW jerkbait has both strength for hook sets and a good fish playing action incorporated into it to ensure that you get the best from your sport.

Jerkbait HW 1.95m
If large jerkbaits are your thing then look no further than the HW jerkbait 1.95. Built on a slightly stronger stiffer blank which still retains that great fish playing action this is the rod for use with heavier jerkbaits in the 60 / 70g range and for use with braided lines of between 50 and 65lb test.

Lure and Shad 2.70 meter.
As its name suggests, this rod has been designed for lure and shad fishing from either the bank or a boat. Rigged to take a fixed spool reel and with a sensitive tip and plenty of power in the lower blank this rod is ideal for cast and retrieve work with shads in the 7 - 15cm range. Best used with 12 or 15lb test braid and lead heads of between 12 and 21g but can also be used for trolling small crankbaits for Pike, perch and Zander.

Lure and Shad 2.40 meter.
The shorter of two rods in this range which has been specially developed for casting and retrieving rubber shads of between 7 - 15cm with lead heads of between 12 and 21g. Being the shorter of the two rods makes the 2.40m Lure and Shad better for boat fishing and is also good for use during vertical fishing where it can be fished as an extra dead rod placed in the rod holder. Lures such as shad raps and jointed rapala's can also be used on this rod and the use of braided lines of 12 or 15lb test is recommended.

Without doubt the ‘Fireball’ is becoming ever more popular throughout the Pays Bas at present however there are very few rods specially designed for this style of fishing. The secret to being successful at this method lies in the sensitivity of the rod tip allowing you to detect even the most subtle take so you can pay out line allowing the fish time to take the bait before you tighten up and set the hooks.

Couple this sensitivity with the correct power in the butt for playing fish and you create the perfect tool for fireball fishing! Ideally suited for use with braided lines between 4lb and 10lb fished to fireballs between 14g and 21g this rod contributed to several tournament wins during development in the 2005 season.

With the increasing popularity of lures today weighing in excess of two ounces, we have developed the Predator Elite Lure. Being longer than a standard jerkbait rod it offers the essential slightly softer action which is often needed for both casting and trolling such big lures like Replicant’s, Deviants and Soft Rooters as well as other types of larger lures. The Elite Lure still retains the required element of power required to help set hooks and combat hard fighting predators. Ideally suited when fished in conjunction with 50lb to 65lb braided lines like Fox Power Braid, the Elite Lure is the perfect tool for casting or trolling large plugs, soft plastics and spinner baits in the 60g to 110g weight range.

Success when jerk baiting very much depends upon having the right rod which is capable of imparting that all important action into the lure bringing it to life. Our ongoing development has shown that the Predator Elite Jerkbait is just such a rod, having been carefully designed to transmit all of those subtle wrist movements down the rod and into the lure.
